Wollongong Summer Carnival The New Year festivities may be over, but the Wollongong Summer Carnival at Lang Park is here to stay until Sunday, January 5 meaning you still have time to try out the rides. Expect dodgems, teacups, swings, and carnival games. Wristbands are $35 online or $40 on the day.

The home crowd was disappointed after the basketball team's loss against Melbourne Phoenix on New Year's Eve. Let's hope they can win for the crowd in the first game of 2025.
