Get Ready to “GoWild!” Frontier Airlines, the American carrier renowned for its ultra-low fares, has launched an exciting new initiative to boost demand during the fall and winter seasons. This campaign is sure to capture the attention of travelers nationwide. The airline is hosting a sweepstake, where 50 lucky participants will win a six-month, unlimited air travel “GoWild!” pass.

This pass allows the winners to enjoy unlimited travel across Frontier’s domestic and international route network. The sweepstakes are currently open and will close at 11:59 PM (MDT) on Thursday, August 29th. This exciting news comes on the heels of an earlier announcement this month, where Frontier offered its all-you-can-fly pass plus Elite Silver status for just $299.

Important Details to Note While entry into the sweepstakes is free and no purchase is required, it’s important to note that the competition is only open to U.S. residents.

Pass holders intending to travel within the domestic network must book and confirm their flights at least one day before departure. For international travel, flights must be booked and confirmed at least 10 days prior to departure. Additionally, all flights must be booked through Frontier’s official website, and for each booking, the pass holder will be required to pay $0.

01 in airfare plus any applicable taxes and charges. Seats available for pass holders are capacity-controlled, meaning there are a limited number of seats offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Revising the Fleet Plan Airlines typically project their future needs and plan aircraft orders and deliveries well in advance.

Frontier Airlines currently has 198 Airbus A320neo family aircraft on order, with deliveries scheduled through 2029. However, earlier this month, Frontier decided to defer some of these deliveries, extending the completion timeline from 2029 to 2031. Additionally, the airline has canceled its order for 18 Airbus A321XLRs and converted 18 of its A320neo orders into A321neos.

As a result, the carrier will receive fewer aircraft deliveries in the coming years. Although the A321XLR received certification from EASA last month, Frontier cited that the aircraft did not meet its operational performance and range expectations, leading to the cancellation. However, the airline also mentioned that if these factors improve in the future, it may reconsider the A321XLR and the operational opportunities it could provide.
