Actress Indira Krishna who is currently shooting for her upcoming show Durga, celebrated Ganeshotsav at her home. Many popular celebrities like Samridhii Shukla, Sakshi Tanwar, Rajan Shahi, Pranali Rathod, Sayantani Ghosh, Nandish Sandhu, Aslam Shaikh, Tarun Katiyal, Monisha Katiyal, Pawan Raj Malhotra among others visited her home to seek blessings from Bappa. She said, " Ganesh Chaturthi , is the most excitedly celebrated festival in Bharat.
The day is also celebrated as Vinayaka's birthday. This vibrant and grand festival is dedicated to Lord Ganesha , the God of wisdom, prosperity, and new beginnings. This is one of the significant and cherished festivals in our culture, bringing people together in deep devotion, joyful celebration, and a strong sense of community.
The festival is very much significant having historical roots, traditional rituals and cultural importance." She continued, "This is the time of the year when we can take out some time from our busy schedules and dedicate it to the lord and show gratitude to him for helping us in our achievements and growth. I'm a spiritual person , I enjoy hosting the lord with all my energy and resources.
Also, this time turns out to be a little more special as all my friends, and family visit my place and seek blessings from God. And Meeting them is refreshing and reminds all the beautiful memories we made during our shoots or in the past." The actress shared pictures of hosting lord Ganesha, and her former co-stars and friends were spotted along with her in the pictures.
Talking about her celebrations she added, "Ganesh Chaturthi is a 2-day celebration for me filled with immense devotion and enthusiasm, concluding with the visarjan. While the lord is at my place, Daily prayers and pujas are offered to Lord Ganesha, accompanied by the chanting of mantras and bhajans (devotional songs). I also make sure to offer him his favourite food including Modaks.
I wish he keeps his blessings on me and helps me in my personal growth, well-being, success, and the removal of obstacles."
