SAY goodbye to the cosmetic surgery nip and tuck era and give a huge welcome to the celebrities who are keeping it real and embracing every inch of their curves. The toned and honed look is out whilst 'real' bodies are in with actress Kate Winslet revealing recently how she “refused to conceal her belly rolls” during filming of her latest film Lee. And fans were quick to pile praise on Stacey Solomon who shared a holiday snap with her six million Instagram followers looking fabulous in a canary yellow bikini.

The 34-year-old TV presenter wrote: “I haven’t committed to the gym this year the way I was able to last year. “However looking back on pics from the beach yesterday I can see I’m still so beautiful. “I look a little different from my last holiday but just as beautiful.

“Doing my everything to make sure my girls know how beautiful they are and don’t measure their beauty against anyone else. And do the things they love because they make them feel good, not look a certain way.” Good for you Stace and all the other body confident women who are bucking the six-pack trend and loving their bodies regardless.

According to body language expert Judi James, wearing belly rolls as a badge of honour is the epitome of power and a reminder that it's time to love our bodies, whatever they look like. She explains: "Women have been taught to believe that it’s Barbie bods only that should ever grace our screens. “So, this new spate of celebs who have suddenly liberated their tummy rolls to a chorus of approval from fans might just have created a new era of body beautiful that will allow women everywhere to stop sucking in or covering up whenever there’s a camera around.

” Here, Yasmin Harisha reveals which famous faces are championing body acceptance and Judi reveals the true meanings behind their snaps. Known for her body-confidence content, Selena Gomez, 32, flaunted her curves whilst wearing a bikini on holiday and Judi says the actress has her snaps spot on. Judi says: “She shows off a combination of cleavage, curvy hips and a softer, more rounded body shape in a carefree form.

There’s not a six pack in sight. “It makes her look at possibly the peak of her desirability here. She looks relaxed and almost unaware of the camera, as though she’s enjoying the view and the boating experience more than stretching herself out for an ego-driven selfie.

“Her body language pose suggests she’s not trying or vying for attention, which in turn makes her look all the more attractive here.” Relaxing on the beach with her children during a recent holiday, mum-of-five Stacey Solomon isn’t afraid to show of her less than toned midriff which Judi says speaks volumes about the 34 year old. “She looks stunning and happily oblivious to her tummy rolls, Stacy looks like the epitome of body confidence," Judi adds.

“Not only does her very natural shape look good, it also provides a role-model to young women who have been conned by celebs using filters and photoshop to pare their own waists as well as, importantly, a positive role-model to her own young girls.” Serena Williams welcomed her second child Adira River Ohanian last year, and has no qualms about putting her postpartum tummy on show. Judi says: “Serena is the ultimate alpha power woman.

A leading athlete she projects physical strength and emotional confidence. “That confidence reflects in the way that she carries herself with her unique style of potent charisma. “Her signals let us know that she is the one who will decide what is an attractive size and body shape and, of course, she’s right not to pander to external stereotypes.

” Extra points go to TV presenter Nadia Sawalha for confidently showing off her curves in a string bikini whilst on the beach. Judi says: “It’s her natural body shape that, along with the fun, relatable smile to camera that speaks of a good, happy, playful life that almost has the edge in terms of looking attractive. “By mimicking the poses of a more stereotypically ‘perfect’ woman she’s actually ‘sold’ us her own body shape, proving it’s less about what you have and more about what you do with it that counts.

” Kelly presents the ultimate curvy glamour model in one of her latest beach pictures. Judi says: “There’s something about her more recent poses that seems to project a sense of not just being at peace with her curves now, but being body-confident and self-appreciative enough to know for herself that she’s looking beautiful rather than seeking approval from agents and photographers. “She’s telling us that she looks good here with her more direct and confident eye contact.

” Prior to having her baby in July, Emily was always proud to show off her curves and was never afraid to wear a bikini. Judi says: “Emily’s ‘Just wear the sodding bikini!’ sounds like the rallying cry to all women who spend summer trying to hide or mask their tummy rolls. “And her body language makes her soundbite look congruent.

Her perfect fit bikini is worn with signals of joy and celebration. “Emily provides the perfect role-model for embracing who you are, not who fashion dictates you should be.” Plus-size model Ashley loves to show off her belly, so much so she has made a career out of flaunting her curves.

The 36-year-old is a world-renowned model and body-activist who speaks out about body positivity and self-acceptance, particularly for women. Judi says: “Ashley works her curves better than most, projecting the sense that they are enviable assets rather than anything to mask or hide. “She provides the ultimate lesson on deciding on your own USPs and then flaunting them to their best advantage for the ultimate posing ‘win’.
