The Friends of Seymour Library in Auburn have created a Book Nook at the library, and after a few months of donations have developed a selection of gently used books and puzzles. The Book Nook was created in April, the organization said in a news release. It asks for donations of $1 or $2 for gently used adult and children's books and puzzles.

Proceeds support library programs. The organization accepts donations of gently used books and puzzles from 3 to 6 p.m.

the last Monday of the month. The Book Nook is managed by volunteers who gather and organize the inventory. It is not staffed regularly, so users are asked to bring exact change or write check made out to "Friends of Seymour Library" to drop in the donation box located there.
