2 billion in Gross Sales Value (GSV) from new projects, marking a twofold increase compared to the previous year and highlighting the strong global demand for Four Seasons’ premium branded residences. Standalone private residences are a key growth area, catering to buyers seeking unparalleled luxury in exclusive locations outside Four Seasons hotels and resorts. These high-end residences have recently launched in cities like London, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Marrakech, and Dubai, with future developments planned for Las Vegas, Lake Austin, and Istanbul.

Notably, the first standalone project in Dubai at Jumeirah, featuring expansive terraces overlooking the Dubai Water Canal, sold out before its public launch in 2022. This success paves the way for the upcoming standalone project at DIFC in Dubai.
