Texas’ legendary Four Sixes Ranch will come to life in a Las Vegas casino hotel as a by “Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan. The Wynn Las Vegas will serve prime steaks from the Northwest Texas ranch along with sides and craft cocktails as part of a Four SIxes Ranch Steakhouse “experience” Sept. 16-Nov.

3. It will be a nightly special inside the 45-story luxury hotel’s breakfast restaurant, . Four Sixes Ranch rib-eye and tomahawk steaks are already served in another of the hotel restaurants, SW Steakhouse.



The for Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse features six steaks ranging from a filet mignon to a 40-ounce porterhouse called the “Boss Cut.” Sides include garlic “campfire potatoes,” duck-fat steak fries, refried limas and a Four Sixes chimichurri. Sheridan, a Parker County resident, was quoted by the hotel as saying the pop-up will be “dedicated to honoring authentic cuisine” and will highlight “time-honored recipes on the ranch.

” “The passions in my life are telling stories and food and with each plate served at Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, Chef David [Middleton] and I get to do both,” Sheridan was quoted. From the hotel announcement: “Guests will be transported to one of the most storied ranches in America, creating an environment that engages all the senses with bold flavors and preparations. .

.. Sheridan, the ranch owner known for ‘Yellowstone,’ ‘1883,’ and ‘1923,’ has reignited the spirit of the American West through his compelling narratives.

” In 2022, Sheridan and 101 Studios investors David Glassner and Dan Schryer bought Cattlemen’s Steak House in Fort Worth, 2458 N. Main St. It’s undergoing a $3 million remodeling to add a patio and improve private dining rooms.
