Parvez Khan has applied for permission to install the kitchen and toilets at the former Cutlacks store at 264-268 Mill Road, on the junction with Romsey Terrace. No proposed opening date has been provided for the restaurant.

But it is expected it would aim to be open between 10am and 10.30pm. A planning statement submitted with the application states: "It is proposed that a new shop front will be created to allow for the future opening of a new restaurant on the ground floor, with a local staff of maximum 14 persons, operating from 10am to 10:30 pm.
