A fan favorite from the Food City Meat Department is grill-ready kebabs featuring chicken or beef with colorful veggies. Infuse game day flavor by whipping up buffalo chicken skewers. Balance the spicy buffalo chicken with a cool, creamy, blue cheese dipping sauce featuring Greek yogurt for extra protein and less fat and calories.

Garnish with green onion and pair with celery and carrots for some added fiber, color and crunch. Serves 4 Ingredients 2 packages Food City store-made shish kebabs 1 cup Food Club chicken wing sauce 2/3 cup Food Club plain nonfat Greek yogurt 2/3 cup Culinary Tours blue cheese crumbles 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Juice of 1 lemon – about 2 tablespoons Green onion, sliced thinly Carrot sticks and sliced celery One to three hours prior to grilling, place chicken kebabs in a container and cover with 1 cup chicken wing sauce, making sure kebabs are covered. Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.

Preheat gas grill to medium. Grill skewers for 8-9 minutes, rotating and brushing with remaining buffalo sauce until chicken is cooked to 165 degrees. Meanwhile make the blue cheese dipping sauce: Whisk together yogurt, blue cheese, garlic powder, black pepper and lemon juice.
