You next beach holiday could be just around the corner, with flights to Queensland dropping as low as $45 in Virgin Australia 's latest sale. More than half-a-million fares have been discounted in the sale, which runs for seven days only, and is in partnership with Tourism and Events Queensland. Highlights include deals to Aussie-favourite holiday destinations such as $59 one-way Melbourne to Gold Coast, $69 one-way Brisbane to Proserpine (Whitsundays) and $95 one-way Sydney to Cairns.
