THE first I'm A Celebrity arrivals are experiencing flight chaos after a major lightning storm in Brisbane closed the runway. McFly star Danny Jones and spin-off show hosts Joel Dommett, Sam Thompson and Kemi Rodgers were expected to be in Oz already. But a severe storm has led to a hefty delay and it is currently uncertain just where their plane will land as rain continues to hammer down.
Their Singapore Airlines flight was due to land at 8.56pm local time - but Brisbane Airport’s tarmac has been closed due to the weather . Thunder and lightning started cracking shortly after 7pm and heavy rain is set to continue past midnight.

The popular duo are staying at Cabarita Beach with their families during the show - a much more luxurious affair than the celebs in the jungle. Musician Danny looked in good spirits at Heathrow yesterday and has taken his trusty guitar with him to Oz, but he won't be strumming it around the campfire.
