Flair Airlines is guaranteeing passengers their flight will arrive on time and offering vouchers for delays. Confidence is key In an unprecedented move, Canadian carrier Flair Airlines has announced that it will compensate passengers if its flights do not arrive on time. No other airline does this in Canada.

Flair has called its new initiative the On-Time Guarantee (OTG). It is important to note that compensation will only be offered if a flight is delayed more than 60 minutes. Additionally, if a flight is canceled within 72 hours of departure, Flair will compensate passengers.

Compensation will only be available to those who book directly with Flair. The airline is valuing its compensation at $60, offering passengers flight vouchers in the event of delays or cancelations. "Our commitment to passengers has never been stronger.

With the OTG, we're raising the bar in Canadian aviation. The guarantee is simple: if we don't get you there on time, we'll compensate you. No other airline in Canada offers this level of accountability.

We're confident in our operations, and we're putting it all on the line for our passengers." Juliana Ramirez, the airline's Vice President of Ancillary & Digital Innovation, said that Flair is determined to earn the trust of its customers. Just a few weeks ago, Flair highlighted that it was the most reliable airline in Canada in October.

The low-cost carrier boasted a 99.6% completion rate last month, even beating out Air Canada by more than one percent.
