THE team behind the epic conversion of historic Christleton Hall are holding an open day on August 16, with unique offers available on the site’s final remaining units. The Grade II listed building has been painstakingly and carefully redeveloped, transforming the former law college into luxury apartments. Visitors are being invited to view the remaining apartments with potential to make one of Chester’s most iconic and architecturally significant buildings their home.

The event is open by appointment via, Legat owen. Visitors will have the opportunity to view the remaining apartments which include a mixture of two and three-bedroom homes. The former law college and historic manor house, built in 1750, is holding strong appeal to the growing ‘right sizer’ market.

Set in extensive private grounds, there are two parking spaces for each apartment with electric car charging point. Several of the homes have private access whilst others benefit from large terraces and lift access. The building enjoys masses of natural light as well as the exclusivity of being set within private grounds.

Award-winning Christleton Hall was presented with the Best Apartment Development of the Year 2024 by Insider Residential Property Awards, and has recently been granted ‘blue plaque status’ by Historic England. Iain MacLean, Managing Director of Blueoak Estates commented: “With all of the homes now complete, visitors are able to see Christleton Hall in all its glory, appreciating first hand the finer architectural details as well as the modern facilities, space, layout and design as well as the wonderful location and setting. “We’d encourage anyone who may be considering relocating from their family home, but keen to stay within beautiful Christleton and retain that same high standard of living, to join us on our next Open Day.
