These new offerings will be available to hotel guests and day trip visitors from November 18, 2024, to January 12, 2025. They will be served in the hotel's recently refurbished bar and kitchen area. The 'classic' set menu is priced at £38 for two courses and £42 for three courses.

Main course options include roast chicken with baby carrots, asparagus, new potatoes, and gravy, or vegetable millefoglie. For dessert, guests can choose between apple crumble with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce or chocolate fondue with strawberries and physalis.
The 'premium' set menu provides a more luxurious dining experience, priced at £42 for two courses and £45 for three courses. Diners can start with risotto with porcini mushrooms, parmesan, and buffalo mozzarella, parsnip roasted carrot soup, or roasted turkey with tarragon, potatoes, bacon, and cranberry sauce. Main course options include classic oven-baked lamb with new potatoes and rosemary, marinated orange salmon with pomegranate, honey, and rosemary, or vegan ravioli in broccoli sauce.
For dessert, options include profiteroles with hot chocolate sauce, a cheese selection board with celery, grapes, and crackers, or vegan sticky toffee pudding with coffee sauce. Each set menu requires a minimum booking of 10 people. These menus come with personal wine pairing recommendations from the restaur.
