The 29-year-old reality star, who has been open about her spiritual journey, slipped into a pair of black skintight leggings and a crop top for a group yoga session. While mum-of-two Millie, 35, wore a white long sleeve gym top and a pair of leopard print leggings for the workout. Yoga is which is know for helping the mind and body build strength and flexibility.
