A fast food chain is reopening its flagship Glasgow restaurant - and is giving away free meals. German Doner Kebab has announced it will unveil its refurbished site on Renfield Street after a closure earlier this year. The kebab brand, also known as GDK, will welcome customers on Saturday, September 28.

(Image: GDK) The venue will be open late on Friday and Saturday, from 11 am to 4 am, catering for late student nights out, with an additional 15% discount off food and drink (with a valid student ID).
