Farmers in Nizamabad district are increasingly worried about the delay in setting up Paddy Purchasing Centres (PPCs). Anticipating a Rs 500 bonus, farmers eagerly awaited the opening of PPCs. However, out of the 629 proposed PPCs in the district, only 303 centres have been operational.
