Leakers are still suggesting a Switch 2 unveil in early October and now some fans think Nintendo has hinted at exactly when. Almost everything in the video games world gets leaked early but one of the few exceptions is anything to do with Nintendo, with what few rumours there are usually turning out to be wrong. And yet multiple leakers have suggested that the official unveiling of the Switch 2 will take place in early October .
There’s no evidence to support this but PH Brazil (real name Pedro Henrique Lutti Lippe) has restated his assertion that the Switch 2 will be announced this year, despite many assuming Nintendo would wait until 2025 – so as to not put people off buying a Switch at Christmas . Lippe doesn’t mention a specific date, but Paul Gale Network has suggested that October 10, aka this Thursday, is when it’s happening. And if you’re a rabid fan, looking for clues in everything Nintendo posts, there may even be a hint that it really is this week.
When will the Nintendo Switch 2 be announced? Although Lippe has been generally accurate in his leaks, predicting Nintendo Directs and being the first to suggest that the Switch 2 has been delayed into 2025, his track record is not 100%.
