Lewis Hamilton has speed in his veins as a Formula One racer , but when it comes to settling down, he’s taking his time. The F1 champion’s most high-profile relationship was with Nicole Scherzinger , whom he dated on and off for seven years before calling it quits. Since parting ways in 2015, Scherzinger revealed the exes cut off contact.
“We don’t, like, talk,” she said during an October 2016 appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show , noting, “I think it’s quite natural when people separate and go their own ways.” Hamilton, meanwhile, has chosen to focus on his career since their public breakup — but he does want to find The One and become a father. “One day [I want kids],” he told the Sunday Times in September 2024.
“I wouldn’t be able to do what I do to the level that I do it today with that. One of my best friends has just had a kid and I’m seeing how manic it is — and my nieces and nephew are a handful.” Hamilton added, “There will be a time and a place for it, and I can’t wait for that part.
