Friday, August 30, 2024 Voco Jim Corbett unveils Kosi Bar & Kitchen, an alfresco dining venue offering diverse flavors with stunning river and jungle views for a memorable experience. Voco Jim Corbett, the inaugural voco hotel in India, is thrilled to unveil its open-air dining spot, Kosi Bar & Kitchen. Nestled along the scenic Kosi River, this restaurant provides a tranquil setting for guests to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience during their visit.

Covering an area of 350 square meters, Kosi Bar & Kitchen features a chic and welcoming environment capable of accommodating 100 visitors. Guests can delight in a varied menu designed by Chef Tenzin Losel, paired with beautifully mixed cocktails. For those who treasure Mediterranean tastes, Chef Losel offers a delightful array of cheeses, marinated olives, bell peppers on toast, various cold cuts, batter-fried fish, chicken and olive skewers, and garlic prawns.



The menu also boasts a colorful array of Indian kebabs, including Amritsari Fish, Gilafi Seekh Kabab, and Bhanjeere Ka Jhinga. Beyond its gourmet delights, Kosi Bar & Kitchen blends a homely and luxurious design with a contemporary flair. Quick service and soft lighting complement the centerpiece of the venue—a majestic mango tree—creating a unique dining ambiance with views of the river and the lush jungle.

At Kosi Bar & Kitchen, guests can choose their preferred seating from bar stools, low tables, and booths, catering to different needs whether they are traveling as part of a large group, with family, as a couple, or solo on business.
