KINGSPORT — The Exchange Place Living History Farm Saturday and Sunday is hosting its 52nd annual Fall Folk Arts Festival. Sunday hours at the 1850s farm are noon until 5 pm., and an admission fee is charged although those younger than 12 are admitted free.
