The country industry has something new to sing about when the 58th Annual Country Music Association Awards are handed out. This year’s award show will take place on Wednesday, November 20, hosted once again by Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning . This year they will also be joined by Lainey Wilson .

“I could not be more excited to host the CMA Awards this year with Luke and Peyton,” Wilson said in a press release. “It’s such an incredible honor and something I’ve always dreamed of doing. We’re planning a really great show for y’all, so make sure to watch on November 20!” While the 2024 CMAs will be the first time Wilson emceed the broadcast, she took home five trophies last year including Entertainer of the Year.



“This is all I’ve ever wanted to do. It’s the only thing I know how to do,” she said in her November 2023 acceptance speech. “We have played — I think at the end of the year, we have played about 186 shows this year, and we’ve worked our butts off this year and so many years in between.

I’ve been in this town for 12 and a half years, and it finally feels like country music is starting to love me back.
