The royals may have their own unique styles, but sometimes they like to step out of it and go for something different. This includes wearing clothes and accessories designed for the opposite sex. The likes of Meghan Markle , Princess Anne, and even Princess Kate who, more than the rest, likes to go for feminine looks, have taken an item or two out of men's fashion.

From men's sunglasses, to shoes, to baggy shirts and jackets, the royals have showed off a unisex and androgynous style that's taking the fashion world by storm. And it's not just royals of late that have been taking part in the trend, as dressing in men's clothes has been favoured by royals in the past too. Princess Diana was famously a fan of wearing men's items and she wore them to formal engagements and during casual family events looking very chic.

Meghan Markle first stepped out in a Misha Nonoo Husband shirt in her first appearance with Prince Harry in 2017 and while that wasn't a man's shirt, soon she would be wearing her actual husband's shirt. The Duchess of Sussex was spotted this year in Florida in an oversized blue shirt which is thought to be the Duke's which he wore to the Invicitus Games in Germany last September. Another one of Meghan's male clothing includes the J.

Crew khaki green utility jacket which she has worn on several occasions, including when she was pregnant, during trips to India and Morocco. Similarly, Princess Anne is a fan of men's accessories and is often seen in the Adidas Adizero .
