Entire anime episodes of upcoming series like Dandadan, Terminator Zero, Ranma 1⁄2, and Mononoke the Movie: Phantom in the Rain have leaked online in what appears to be a major Netflix security breach. Yesterday, low-resolution clips with visible watermarks and timestamps of the aforementioned anime cropped up online on social media websites like X/Twitter and 4chan and torrent website Nyaa Torrents. While a majority of the anime leaks on social media appear to only be the opening and ending themes of Science Saru and Mappa’s upcoming exclusive anime, whole episodes of Dandadan and Ranma 1⁄2 are populating on torrent websites ahead of their fall releases.

Episodes 1,3, and 4 of Ranma 1⁄2, the first six episodes of Dandadan, and the entirety of Terminator Zero and Mononokee have leaked online, according to Anime News Network . Netflix has yet to release an official statement on the matter. It appears that Netflix isn't the only anime streamer to experience episode leaks within the last 24 hours.

The season 3 premiere episode of the highly acclaimed isekai anime Re: Zero also appears to have leaked on 4chan and torrent websites. According to Anime News Network, Re: Zero’s leaked episode features a watermark for France’s Japan Expo, which occurred on the weekend of July 11. While Re: Zero’s leak is an outlier in the broad scope of yesterday’s anime links, its October window also coincides with Dandadan’s, which will simultaneously stream on both Netflix and Crunchyroll.

IGN reached out to Netflix and Crunchyroll for comment. The leaks couldn’t have come at a worse time, considering most of the exclusive anime were primed to have world premiere screenings in the coming months ahead of their release dates. Viz Media and Hot Topic were slated to premiere the first episode of Ranma 1⁄2 at Anime NYC on August 24.

Likewise, GKids' theatrical release of the first three episodes of Dandadan was set to release on September 13 in the United States. Terminator Zero ’s eight episodes were scheduled to premiere on the streamer on August 29. While Mononoke doesn’t yet have an official release, it was recently released in Japan on July 26, according to ANN.
