KINGSPORT — ETSU Health is expanding its footprint with a new Infectious Diseases clinic in Kingsport. The new clinic will provide services for HIV, wound care and traveler’s medicine. It is the second ETSU Health Infectious Diseases clinic in the Tri-Cities, with the first operating in Johnson City.
