Pune: Poor road conditions, frequent traffic snarls , chaos at key junctions, slow pace of infrastructure works, and inadequate water availability have emerged as top challenges in all eight constituencies falling under the city according to various citizens' forums. These groups are set to declare agendas ahead of the state assembly poll, and said they expect political parties and new MLAs to work on the issues on a priority basis to reduce daily hardships faced by citizens.
