Dealmaker Adam Blumenthal and his wife Annabelle Shamir have sold their Bellevue Hill home just a few weeks after they made their selling plans official in the hope of a $45 million sale. A rumoured result of about $42 million is yet to be confirmed by Pillinger’s Brad Pillinger and Ray White Double Bay’s Ashley Bierman, but returns a sizable capital gain for three years of ownership. Credit: Domain A well-placed source says the buyer is Monaco-based expats Olivia Skuza and Heath Wells , co-founders of the business-to-business platform NuORDER, however that could not be confirmed by buyer’s agent Simon Cohen. Skuza and Wells, originally from Adelaide, founded the company in 2010 as an e-commerce platform for the wholesale fashion industry. The couple is expected to return to live in Sydney next year.

Blumenthal was the EverBlu Capital founder who resigned in 2022 after he was found to have engaged in market rigging and breaching directors’ duties by the corporate regulator.
