But one TikTok recipe creator has shared her foolproof formula that makes "the easiest most delicious carrot cake" every time.

First, start by taking a large glass mixing bowl and find a standard-sized loaf tin. This recipe even includes cream cheese frosting which can be made with just four items.



Carrot cake recipe Two large eggs 110g granulated sugar One teaspoon pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste 100ml milk 100ml oil (avocado or sunflower oil) 170g large grated carrots 180g plain flour 2.5 teaspoons baking powder Two teaspoons of ground cinnamon to taste 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg One cup of whole walnuts to taste (optional) Cream cheese frosting 113g softened cream cheese 60g softened butter Half a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract 120g icing sugar⠀⠀⠀ Start with the wet ingredients; crack the eggs, vanilla extract and granulated sugar into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
