The popular items were sold in stores across Ireland from May 24 to August 13, and approximately 9,805 units have been purchased. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission released a statement earlier this week regarding the sleepsuits.
A spokesperson announced: "Dunnes Stores Unlimited Company is carrying out a recall of Bunny Zip, Lion Zip and Animal Zip Sleepsuits." "The risk presented by the product is choking. The zip slider may detach from the garments zip line creating a small part.
