Following the debut of Dune: Prophecy earlier this week , we take a look at the HBO show’s impressive cast as they take on their new roles. The prequel series is a spin-off of Denis Villeneuve’s epic Dune film saga and is set 10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides ( Timothée Chalamet ). It follows two Harkonnen sisters as they fight forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the powerful religious order that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.

The new Max and Legendary Television show takes inspiration from Brian Herbert and Kevin J Anderson’s novel, Sisterhood of Dune, and is set in the wider Dune universe originally created by author Frank Herbert.
