The delays in the capital include: The exits from the M4 to Enfield service station are closed due to power outages, the R125 Ashbourne Road is closed at the junction with the R108 Naul Road, Blackhorse Avenue is closed, Brennanstown Road is blocked due to fallen power cables, Chapelizod Road is blocked, R404 Celbridge Road is closed by HP, the N81 Tallaght Bypass has lanes blocked due to trees. The exits to Boherboy Road and Slade Road are closed, and the R835 Old Celbridge Road is blocked by fallen trees by Lucan Golf Club.
For public transport, InterCity and Commuter services are beginning their service to and from Dublin, the DART remains suspended, the Enterprise will remain disrupted all day Dublin Bus is operating a full service with diversions around closed ro.
