People driving in Ipswich will see delays as two roads in the town centre are set to close for works being carried out by Openreach. St Nicholas Street and Falcon Street will close from Monday, February 10 to Wednesday, February 12 for maintenance works. The two streets provide access to various shops and restaurants in the area.
They also provide access to Buttermarket shopping centre's car park from the west of the town. A diversion route will be in place via St Peter's Street, Star Lane, Grey Friars Road, Franciscan Way, Princes Street and Friars Street.
Drivers have been warned of delays and been advised to seek alternative routes..
