In conversation with News9 , Dr Sonal Anand Psychiatrist at Wockhardt Hospitals Mira Road shared, “Hydrating yourself by drinking enough water is important to feel better and manage those notorious headaches. If the hangover has led to symptoms such as diarrhoea, sweating, vomiting, and dehydration then drinking water is the best solution to cure a hangover.” “Hence, sipping a few sips of water will help you to calm down and relax.

Try to drink water slowly and you will surely notice the difference. Apart from water, there are other important remedies too that will help you to provide that much-needed relief. However, it is a good idea to drink in moderation to avoid a hangover the next day which can lead to restlessness.
