Drake has sent Aussie fans into a spin after teasing a return Down Under on social media. The rapper — who hasn’t toured Australia since November 2017 — posted a throwback picture to Instagram of himself in front of the Sydney Opera House alongside a caption that read: “It’s been like 7 years 👀👀👀”. While there has been no official word on whether the 38-year-old Canadian superstar will be coming Down Under, Whats Lively — a website that predicts tour announcements — says it is 99 per cent sure Drake will announce an Aussie tour imminently.

“We’re predicting these shows will take place early to mid 2025,” the website states. Earlier in the year, it was rumoured the famous artist would be visiting Australia at the end of this year for the Vailo Adelaide 500 supercar event. Triple M breakfast show hosts Roo, Ditts and Loz, claimed Drake had booked his hotel in the South Australian capital city.

“The hotel rooms are booked...

he has more rooms than a normal artist,” Mark “Roo” Ricciuto said. “I don’t know if he is doing the Vailo but he is coming to Adelaide at the same time..

.it’s coinciding at the same time.” Chris “Ditts” Dittmar added: “There’s a lot of hotel rooms that have been booked so we’re pretty sure it’s happening.

” While the radio stars didn’t reveal the numbers of Drake’s entourage, co-host Laura “Loz” O’Callaghan believed it was fairly large. Drake was last Down Under in 2017 for his Boy Meets W.
