Sharing two shots of herself in a bikini side by side, she explained this was a different kind of before-and-after post, reflecting on her own postpartum experience. Brycki is soaking up every moment of her first summer with her son Fletcher, who she shares with husband Lachie, and revealed why she's accepting the changes to her body right now."A different kind of before and after. To anyone who's about to have or just had a baby – please go easy on yourself," she wrote. "You grew an entire human being inside of your belly. A human. A whole entire body lived inside of yours for nine months and then came out of that place whole and complete." Brycki continued by reminding mums their new body was the home for their baby, and still is now a special place for them too. Your new little tummy and wider hips make for the perfect place for baby to balance on," she wrote. "Don't beat yourself up about being in a new swimsuit this summer because your old ones no longer fit," she added."Remember how lucky you are to have the opportunity to experience your first summer with your perfect little baby and remember, everybody else is too concerned with their own lumps and bumps to worry about yours. "And even if your body stays like this forever, it created life and is evidence of the truest form of magic humans are able to experience."READ MORE: Is it OK to treat myself to something sweet every day?Her followers applauded her for sharing such a positive message and many commented that she looks just as beautiful in both shots.It's not the first time the new mum has spoken out about accepting your body postpartum and in the weeks after giving birth she penned a candid message about why she wouldn't be snapping back post-baby."Almost [eight] weeks postpartum and no 'bounce back' in sight," she wrote to hundreds of thousands of followers."Motherhood is messy and unpredictable and hard. It's also empowering and confidence building and beautiful.
