DISNEYLAND is making a boozy change at one of its six locations and again breaking away from traditional norms. Adults 21 and over, raise your glasses and rejoice, as you will now be able to find alcoholic beverages at more parks in Disneyland's California location. Disneyland , which was once considered a dry park, has continued to expand its accessibility to consume and purchase alcohol at its theme parks.

For years, the self-proclaimed "Happiest Place on Earth" only served alcoholic drinks at Club 33 - an ultra-exclusive club that required a five-figure membership. But in the years since the world-renowned theme park has slowly drifted away from its founder's views on alcohol. Walt Disney himself strongly opposed alcohol from being served at his theme parks.



Read more in The U.S. Sun Yet, in 2019, the park took a radical step when it opened up Oga's Cantina, a Star Wars-themed bar in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, the first-ever establishment within the park to serve alcohol.

Oga's Cantina customers were only allowed to consume alcohol inside the restaurant. The establishment prohibited customers from exiting the bar with the drinks. Then, in September 2023, Disneyland California opened three more locations that dished out alcoholic beverages - the River Belle Terrace, Carnation Cafe, and Cafe Orleans.
