NOTHING makes a vacation feel better than discounted tickets and hotel stays. There's no better time than right now to visit Walt Disney World , which is offering guests cheap park tickets and accomodation. Over the last few months, the theme park has quietly slashed its price of admission after declining park attendance.

While tickets to Disney World can normally cost visitors upwards of hundreds, the park began offering money-saving deals in May. Three-day ticket packages were discounted to just $89 per day, granting purchasers access to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. The deal, which will last all summer long through September 24, can save guests hundreds compared to the all-time high price of $254 for a daily Park Hopper pass.

Disney has also made steep cuts to the cost of a stay with sharp discounts on its hotels. According to a Bloomberg report , stays at Disney resorts have fallen up to 27% as part of the brand's attempt to win back unhappy customers.

"On the hotel front, WDW has introduced cheaper nightly rates at value resorts such as Disney’s All-Star Movies, Music and Sports Resorts, starting around $100," Bloomberg reported. Most read in Travel "Google Hotels confirms the price drops, with rates of $125 in mid-January reflecting a 27% discount. "Still, the rock-bottom rates are offered only on the least-busy days of the year, typically in January and February, with prices otherwise ranging $200 to $300 per night at the same spots.

" Prices have even been slashed for Disney's dining packages. The same report concluded that Disney has cut the cost of meal deals by up to 30%. Disney fans can now grab all-day meal passes for $30 per child and $95 per adult.

The changes come in light of thousands of dissatisfied customer reviews. Len Testa, president of TouringPlans.com, told Bloomberg that thousands of Disney visitor surveys revealed the extent of customer displeasure.

Testa revealed that rising food costs were part of incremental expenses that added to guests' irritation. "The Magic Kingdom’s Beauty and the Beast-themed Be Our Guest tripled the cost of lunch to about $300 for a family of four after taxes and gratuity," Bloomberg reported. Testa revealed that the huge uptick marked the start of a decline in customer satisfaction.

The expert added that Disney has their work cut out for them with their efforts to win back visitors and called the cheaper tickets and hotels a "huge change in the right direction.".
