Attorney of , Marc Agnifilo didn’t seem as shocked about the music mogul reportedly possessing 1,000 bottles of lube and baby oil in his home as the rest of the public has. Marc recently spoke about how was holding up in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he is being held in while he awaits trial. During his interview outside of the jail, Marc was asked about the 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube federal agents found when they raided one of his homes in March.

"I don’t think it was a 1000. I think it was a lot," said with a chuckle, seemingly minimizing what was happening amid his conversation with The New York Post. “I mean there’s a Costco right down the street.

I think Americans buy in bulk as we know," he added, attempting to explain why Diddy had so much baby oil and lube. "This is consensual adults doing what consensual adults do. We can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was it be no more people.

" Mark admitted to the news publication that he was working diligently with the Bad Boy Records founder on his sex trafficking and racketeering case. "[Diddy’s] just laser focused. He’s engaged.

He’s helpful. He’s confident. We’re going through our defense as we do everyday," Marc said.

Marc went on to say that the Bad Boys For Life rapper’s spirits were "relatively good" irrespective of his situation. "It’s always difficult to be in a place like the [Metropolitan Detention Center] but I can tell you the staff has been helpful and really wonderful to us," Marc revealed. "They’ve given us full access to him.

I have no complaints whatsoever." He added: "I don’t want to say. I think I know what the heart of the case is, and I said what I thought it was in court.

We think we have defenses to all of the allegations, which is why I think his spirits are as good as they are." After civil lawsuits involving sexual misconduct claims came in following Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie’s bombshell sexual abuse lawsuit in November 2023, federal investigators raided his homes in Beverly Hills and Miami. It unclear if those civil lawsuits are directly connected to Homeland Security's decision to search through his belongings.

Diddy’s Attorney Aaron Dyer told The Mirror at the time: “There was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.
