Rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs has reportedly been warned that testifying in his upcoming sex trafficking and racketeering trial could potentially cause him "more harm than good." The 54-year-old founder of Bad Boy Records is currently behind bars at the Metropolitian Dentention Center in New York , after being denied bail following his recent arrest by federal agents. He's facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution purposes.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Meesha Moulton from Meesha Moulton Law has now told Page Six that it would be a "bold" move for Diddy to testify during his impending trial, which is set to start after October.
