A JUDGE is set to hold an emergency hearing which could threaten the Diddy sex trafficking case after cops raided the disgraced mogul's cell to seize handwritten notes. Sean " Diddy " Combs' attorney slammed the prosecution on Monday, arguing the state is in possession of confidential attorney-client privilege notes. Judge Arun Subramanian will hold a hearing in court in New York at the defence’s request on Tuesday.
Combs, 55, has been jailed in the notorious Brooklyn complex since September 16 after federal agents arrested the rap mogul at the Park Hyatt hotel in Midtown Manhattan . His lawyers say that his privileged legal materials were illegally seized during the raid. Combs' attorney Marc Agnifilo said in a filing on Monday: "Defense counsel has recently learned that the prosecutors are in possession of attorney client privileged material, including the defendant’s written notes.
