A 53-year-old woman has filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Sean “Diddy” Combs had her tied to a chair naked and “viciously raped” her at his Bad Boy Records studio in New York City” in the summer of 2001. When she awoke, Thalia alleges she was naked with her hands tied behind her back, and she screamed for help. She alleges that Diddy sexually assaulted her and raped her multiple times. “Both men were undeterred by Plaintiff’s cries for help throughout the attack,” the suit states.
Thalia alleges that she never fully recovered from the violent assault and needed extensive psychological treatment and continues to suffer from severe dep.
