Facebook user Miney M Mak, who also goes by the name Y'Mine McClanahan, in a floral two-piece outfit that features a long skirt and cropped tube top.

The outfit is on trend for summer. Several popular clothing boutiques and websites are selling two-piece sets with crop tops. But at Stab's Prime Steak and Seafood, the outfit apparently violated the controversial dress code, although the woman said in the video she's patronized Stab's for years "in an outfit I've worn there several times.

In , co-owner Dori Murvin said the reason the woman was asked to leave was because the outfit was "just too revealing at the top." The floral, cream tube top was not sheer across the chest and back.

About 2 inches of midriff was showing. Stab's dress code is posted online and requires "business casual" dress. The restaurant prohibits gym wear, sweat pants, tank tops, clothing with offensive graphics or language, exposed undergarments, cut-off shorts, torn jeans and flip flops.

While Stab's says "revealing clothing" is prohibited, the dress code does not elaborate what constitutes a violation. Crop tops and tube tops are not.
