Housebuilders have purchased the land for two brand-new housing developments in Stourport. Barratt and David Wilson Homes have acquired the land at Pearl Lane to build two new developments called The Pearls and The Brambles. A total of 329 properties will be made available with Barratt Homes planning to build 129 two, three and four-bedroom properties at The Pearls whilst David Wilson Homes will build 118 two, three and four-bedroom properties at The Brambles.
The remaining 82 homes will be designated as affordable housing.
