DETROIT -- The Detroit Pistons have partnered with StockX, the popular Detroit-based online reseller, naming them as their new jersey patch sponsor. The partnership was made official Wednesday afternoon during a community giveback event at Campus Martius, held in front of StockX’s headquarters. StockX will replace United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the local mortgage lending giant owned by Phoenix Suns owner Mat Ishbia, as the Pistons’ jersey sponsor.

In attendance for the event were Pistons vice chairman Arn Tellem, president of basketball operations Trajan Langdon, two-time NBA champion Lindsey Hunter, Cade Cunningham and Jalen Rose. Representing StockX were CEO Scott Cutler and COO/President Greg Schwartz.

Detroit City Council President Mary Sheffield also attended. The event was capped off by a surprise performance by native Detroiter and Grammy-nominated artist Big Sean.
