It's important to choose a qualified professional to lower these risks and achieve safe, desirable results. If you're unhappy with the outcome, there are ways to fix it.

Dr. Rose , a dermatologist from New York City with more than 18,300 followers thanks to her skincare tips, recently addressed questions from her followers about fixing bad cosmetic injections. In a video that boasts 2,500 likes, Dr.

Rose explained: "If you have really small lips, and this is the first time that we're building tubercles on your lips and you don't really have large tubercles, yes, you are going to feel your lip filler. You're going to be able to appreciate the fact that you have some bumps in your lips." She continued, "The important thing is, does everything look normal the first couple of weeks? There's usually a little bit of swelling, and there might even be a bruise that your body has to absorb your final look.

You're going to see that for sure a couple of weeks later. "But usually most people enjoy having some lips. Problems arise if there's something that looks out of place.

The first thing that I usually do is check if the person in the two-week window immediately after the filler injection." Dr. Rose noted that lips can look uneven at first, but trying to fix them too early could make them permanently uneven when the swelling goes down.

She said she can "usually just massage it back into the correct place." If there's an excess of filler causing unevenness, she said: "Sometimes you need a little bit of Botox here to keep the person from squeezing it down. I find that helps and you have to tell instruct the person to keep to make sure that they're not squeezing their lip and to massage their lip up.

" However, Dr. Rose warned that some mistakes can't be fixed, especially if the filler was injected by someone inexperienced. In such cases, the only option is to dissolve the fillers completely.

It's very important to do thorough research before having cosmetic treatments. The NHS advises: "All cosmetic procedures have some risks, whether you're having a surgical procedure, like breast implants, or a non-surgical procedure, like dermal fillers or Botox." If the procedure isn't done properly, it can cause serious issues and may even affect mental health if the results are not what was expected.

The NHS website also suggests thinking carefully about why you want the procedure. It’s essential to consult professionals, ask the right questions, and understand all the costs involved before making a decision..
