Delta Air Lines is planning to increase frequencies on at least three routes that do not involve any of its nine hubs early next year. However, one of the routes originates from a focus city – where it has a larger presence compared to other non-hub destinations in its network. It comes as the legacy carrier is planning to increase capacity to the state of Alaska next summer .
