Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines caught the world’s attention as it kicked off its 100th year in a star-studded first-of-its-kind keynote at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on Tuesday. While the address, hosted by the carrier’s CEO, Ed Bastian, highlighted new ambitions and collaborations, one element was made clear: Delta’s commitment to be people first. Viola Davis, Tom Brady, and Lenny Kravitz took the stage in the fun-filled presentation, alongside executives from other companies the legacy airline will partner with.

Delta also shared a glimpse into the future of aviation, powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and innovation. Driving the passenger experience with Delta Concierge The event took place at Sphere in Las Vegas on the opening day of CES 2025. Davis gave a monologue before Bastian was welcomed to the stage.



With a vibrant Airbus A350-900 in the background, the CEO explained how Delta plans to “transform the travel experience” with people-first initiatives. “New marvels like AI, the digital revolution and sustainable technology are giving us incredible tools to transform the travel experience. But amid the wonder of new technology, we’ve always understood that the entire point of innovation is to lift people up.
