These chocolate puddings take just 10 minutes to make (Image: Ebury Press/Hannah Hughes) Whether you've invited guests over for dinner or just want a sweet treat for yourself, chocolate puddings are a perfect choice, with chef Hayley Dean revealing her recipe for the delicious dessert that takes just ten minutes in your air fryer. Hayley's recipe from her upcoming book How to Make Anything in an Air Fryer: Easy Dinners! is the perfect dessert for impressing any guests while also not spending hours in the kitchen. Read our Privacy Policy Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Add the cocoa to the melted butter in a bowl, then mix to combine. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until a little foamy. Pour in the cocoa mixture then sift in the four and fold together until combined. Spoon the chocolatey mixture into the prepared dariole moulds and then push three chocolate buttons down into each pudding, until just submerged.

Cook the puddings at 180°C for 8 minutes, then let them stand for 1 minute. Using a small palette knife or dessert knife, loosen the puddings before turning out onto plates. Eat immediately, with a little cream poured over, if you like.
