There were heavy delays on the A14 at Orwell Bridge following a two-vehicle crash. Police were called to the A14 between Wherstead Interchange and the Orwell Bridge at about 4pm on Friday to reports of a crash. The second lane of the westbound carriageway was closed.
There were also delays on the eastbound carriageway near Ravenswood Park. Fire and rescue crews from Ipswich East, Princes Street and Stowmarket attended the scene. A spokesman for the police confirmed that they were the scene and recovery has removed the debris.
