Henry Cavill as Wolverine to Jennifer Garner as Elektra: Deadpool and Wolverine cast open up about EPIC cameos Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman's 'Deadpool & Wolverine' has taken the MCU by storm, not just for its R-rated action-packed sequences and dialogues, but also for its spectacular lineup of star-studded cameos. From Henry Cavill's surprising turn as a Logan variant to Jennifer Garner's return as Elektra, the film features an impressive lineup of guest appearances that have left fans buzzing. With the film now on its way to the Billion mark at the box office, Wesley Snipes, Chris Evans and Channing Tatum shared their unique experiences and excitement about being part of this cinematic event.

Here’s what they had to say ...

Henry Cavill as Wolverine The MCU has witnessed many iconic appearances, but few have generated as much excitement as Henry Cavill’s cameo as Wolverine in 'Deadpool & Wolverine'. Known for his portrayal of Superman, Cavill's unexpected turn as the clawed mutant, sent the fandom into a frenzy. Sharing a still of himself as the mutant, Henry took a playful jab at his infamous 'Justice League' moustache debacle and quipped, "To be safe, I shaved the moustache off for this one.

Just the moustache." Chris Evans as Human Torch Chris Evans' appearance was a total surprise. While many expected the star to show up as Captain America, he returned to the MCU reprising his role as Johnny Storm from the 'Fantastic Four' series.

Evans expressed his gratitude for this 'dream come true' casting, saying, "Thank you to Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and Shawn Levy for letting me be a part of such an incredible movie. They’re three of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet." Evans shared a behind-the-scenes photo and added, "Playing Johnny again was a dream come true and he’ll always have a special place in my heart.

" Jennifer Garner as Electra Jennifer Garner, who originally played Elektra in the 2003 film 'Daredevil', made her Marvel return. Garner shared a reel on social media showing her getting into fighting form, revealing that director Shawn Levy and Ryan Reynolds approached her with the idea while she was filming 'The Adam Project'. She admitted she hadn't picked up Elektra’s sais since 2004 but was motivated by Levy and Reynolds' vision.

"I didn’t know that Elektra and I needed an ending, but Shawn and Ryan did. They are gifted in many ways, but seeing and elevating people around them is at the top of the list." Channing Tatum as Gambit Channing Tatum finally saw his dream of playing Gambit come true in 'Deadpool & Wolverine'.

Tatum and his producing partner, Reid Carolin, had spent years developing a standalone Gambit film, which was halted after the Disney-Fox merger. Tatum expressed his gratitude to Reynolds, saying, "I thought I had lost Gambit forever, but Reynolds fought for me and Gambit. I will owe him probably forever.

I love ya buddy." Wesley Snipes as Blade Wesley Snipes reprised his role as Blade/Eric Brooks for the first time in 20 years, setting two Guinness World Records. His appearance marked the longest career as a live-action Marvel character and the longest gap between character appearances in Marvel films.

Snipes' cameo celebrated his legacy in the Marvel Universe, with Ryan Reynolds sharing unseen photos from the set and noting, "There is no Fox Marvel Universe or MCU without Blade first creating a market. He is Marvel Daddy."
